Bob: the game is a 2d platformer set in the 1950's starring a guy named Bob, who loses his wife to an explosion caused by a clown (yes, a clown) and goes on a journey to find him.

Mechanics: the game mechanic wise is pretty simple with walking and jumping, however bob isn't alone on his journey, at the press of a button you can switch between three different characters, all with varying stats. Bob has a standard walk speed and jump height and kills people by jumping on their heads, Bob Jr, he still has to jump on enemies head to get rid of them but he's faster and jumps higher than Bob, Finally there's Harold, he has the same jump height as Bob but is slightly slower than him, In return Harold uses a gun to get rid of enemies from afar.

Bosses: At the moment, six bosses are planed for the game, each occupying a different chapter (oh yeah the game is split into chapters, forgot to say that) I won't reveal any of them at the moment but later down the line expect to see their designs. I might add another boss or two, to make the game 7-8 chapters, however they might be canned or just made as a fun expansion to the main game.

Disclaimer: The game is going to feature or mention real world events at this time, which depending on whats mentioned may offend some people, I'm not doing this to make the game "Edgy" or "Cool", But just for this games general setting.

Progress: I'm currently nearing working on the first boss for "Bob: the game" meaning I'm almost done with 15-20% of the main game (depending if I add those other two worlds) once I finish the first boss, you can expect a demo release soon after.

Closing thoughts: Overall, the game is coming along pretty well, I will still work on my other project, but most of my work at this time is directed to "Bob: the game". Once I finish the first demo, I will focus more on my other game and switch back between the two every so often.
