I've just finished Brandish the dark revenant (PSP remake of Brandish 1)

I think it's a 7/10 game, amazing soundtrack, charming style and gameplay, fun to explore yet sometime unfair and badly designed (especially the later ones)

Overall I've enjoyed it.

I find it really boring how most just make them look pure black instead of using shades of gray.
