I just found out that the meme legend doge "Balltze" has passed away on August 18th. He was a legend and a large part of all our childhoods. May he rest in peace, and soar in heaven like all the good dogs do.

The revolution

Normally “ultra gloss” would not allow a top coat, not even itself. I was able to apply “ultra matte” “Sand Dollar” white over the red without blister. It has a great texture. My “frog tape” and artist tape let me down and took away some gloss on the red.
