Act 1 is Nearing Completion!


Heya, Gamejolt! Just a little update on what’s going on behind the curtain.

The new VA for Xander we brought on board has been knocking it out of the ballpark with his lines, and I’m halfway done with Chapter 5 as well as all the bugfixes and side stuff I needed to do for Act 1 as a whole. It’s coming along GREAT, and I’d place progress at a solid 96%!

While I can’t say for absolute certain, I feel confident enough to proclaim Act 1 may see a release by the end of this year, if not within a few months time!

We’re still looking for volunteer composers to help out with the missing parts of the soundtrack, but if push comes to shove, expect Act 1 to be released with later patches for missing audio, like lines and music.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)

Back in my art school days I used to ride the 710 COPSA line from Parque Del Plata to Montevideo almost everyday. This is the Marcopolo Viaggio G4 Mercedes Benz model from the late 80s, one of the older bus models that was running on the line.
