Added controller support
Controller support added (experimentally for a moment). To use controller instead of keyboard - just start to use it.
Tested on X-box-like controller and NES-like controller. First one uses it’s stick instead of D-pad though.
No-OS hadn’t had native controller support, but now you are able to play it’s game with unnecessary controls!

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.
In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
