Added some visual effects related to dashing and the speed hazard as well as changing the sound effect toggle to a slider so you can change the volume.
Fixed a small bug with dashing.
Added 3 new modifiers!
Spare Change, Regenerate, and Blood Money.

We made a lot of improvements on the Freezing Plains visual. Things like pine trees, tiny bushes, some rocks, and others game props!
