Updated the Main Menu and finally added the Options Menu, Took Forever

Ended up Changing the Sprites for Sonic and then added Some Trail effects when Sonic Moves, Then I Changed the Music to fit with the Changes

P.S: I Remade the Whole Level with Some new Paths
