ADL Jam Report

I always enjoyed writing preformance reports after a game jam. They keep you from making the same mistakes twice and can be seen later to show how much you’ve improved.

The Good:

  • I learned a lot about dialogue trees.

  • I learned a little more about railroad workers in the 1800s.

  • The setting was creative and original.

  • I think the art was alright, though beauty is in the eye of the upholder.

The Bad:

  • I started making the dialogue tree last, if I started with it then I would have been able to finish the game.

  • I started developing a day late.

  • Jams are much easier when you have people cheering you on, I should have connected more with the community participating in the Jam.

  • Did not add sound and only added a little animation.

Hi everyone! I started to create some environment props for my new video game, here is a cozy house in the forest. I'm planning to switch from Unity to Unreal... Let's see what new challenges I have to face. Made in Blender and Substance Painter.

Rockin the Guitar, an Axe like Guitar I made for my Uni project

I worked so hard to get all four of them to the end safely, but then...

not the greatest house, but it's a house! :D

Who's is this little cutey👸 here? Thanks🙏 for a gorgeous fanart @WheNa! Feel free to share your arts, screenshots, or videos with #playzelter or #zelter hashtags! #pixelart #animating #unity3d #animated #indiegames #unrealengine #animate #conceptart

Some time ago, we posted a screenshot of the Mexico level. A curiosity about it is that, like some other scenarios of the game, it was inspired by a real landscape, The Basaltic Prisms of Santa María Regla. It is one of the natural wonders of the country!

Here's a Fredbear sprite i made in Aseprite! I'm pretty proud of this!

(Btw, sorry for the double post! I'll try to post less)
