NAME: The name "Lamiathan" is a mixture between "Lamia" and "Leviathan". Lamia is believed to be a queen who was cursed by Hera to become a monstrous creature that devoured children, this name I chose was part of her lore where she and her husband (actual Doomguy but an AU) had lost their daughter when Hell started to invade the Earth, then when she died in hands of the Demon's Queen (Doom 64) she was rised back to life in Dark Ages (but let's jump that part to when she was cursed and twisted to this beast), so Davoth and the Khan Maykr decided that part of the name as a way to blame her for her own daughter's fate. The part of Leviathan is easy, because she became a complete monster but instead of the seas, from the own lava dephts of hell.

DESIGN: I thought about a demon dragon or centipede like demon in Doom's designs, so the idea of a mixture of them both was like that years ago in my first concept but was more looking like a centaurian anthro dragon with centipede body and a pair of giant spiky wings but in this redesign I scrapped that idea and decided to make it more monster creature like. Her blood was consumed by Hell so instead her insides are made out of magma, her lower arms joints come from this creature being an ammalgam of different demon parts attached to create this monster, as the face texture being similar as Marauder's, as her first pair of lower arms being similar to the Cyberdemon texture and the rest lower arms being from the Hell's Knights. Her centipede armor/exoskeleton is likely an armor bone like the Pinkies do; her agility, flexibility and tail was inspired by the Whiplash demons; oh and hands/claws are more likely inspired by the Doom 2016 Baron of Hell.

As an extra detail for lore reasons, her bracelets are a locker of her getting out from hell because she's forbidden to, having thoughts against hell and heaven can cause these bracelets to starts glowing and spreading a lot of pain 'til she can lose her mind to later be overtaken by Davoth's whispers back again remaining a monster back again. In other words, those bracelets are the cause why her humanity cannot come back and can't think or feel again.
