After watching the recent Bungou stray dog episodes I'm convinced that this guy Mushitarou is Cesar Torres. The backstory and the way they dress and look is just so similar and they are some of my fav characters XD
( Whole honesty mushitarou's backstory is very emotional and his character development was very exilerating to watch,
Especially when i thought he died in the ending of the perfect crime arc i cried XD
other then that hes a good and goofy bbg character XD )
