After Frisk first fell down (the player first playing UNDERTALE), Flowey lost his SAVE ability, and could no longer reset, at first, the game would go as a normal neutral route up until after the Flowey boss fight, where the player would cheat with the files to make it easier, in the process, Flowey does the save load thing in the battle at the same time, leading to the game glitching out and Flowey being taken out of the game and into the computer files. After this he gets merged with a virus and takes on this form. He goes back to UNDERTALE and starts glitching out the game, leading to the main events of the au happening (like the creation of s-0000 {aftersans}, the converting of s-0001 into my error take and everyone remembering previous routes.)

he, alphys, s-0000, and s-0001 are the only ones aware that s-0002 (a fake sans created by 0000) is not the real sans.

DESIGN:

in stage 1, His petals became the virus spider logo, his face became a blue screen of death, and his stem turns a brighter green, his face is the same thi

in stage 2, all that changes is that he gains more vines/stems, his head grows bigger, his face becomes rectangular and there are multiple with the text “YOU really ARE an idiot!” and has three deranged faces at the bottom (the face colors can invert) (this is based off of the you are and idiot trojan) (thanks lethal!), along with the text “ERROR-404”
