Alas!

So, One Shot has been done for the past 6 hours and yet… you still can’t play it.

Turns out something bad happens when you do what I did. Unity doesn’t like it. At all.

Effectively the only place that the game can run is in the Unity editor. Every other platform I’ve tried throws a null pointer in some Unity internal library that I can’t touch. I’ve submitted a bug report to them and hopefully they either let me know of a fix or resolve it soon. Once that is done I’ll have a playable version up for you.

Until then, I intend to create a few videos showcasing a few runthroughs of the game. I’ll probably do this tomorrow night so stay tuned.

I guess I can’t scare you silly tonight… but just you wait.

This was going to be a post about how successful this Jam was… oh well.

Here's a peaceful little forest scene for this #screenshotsaturday, from the beginning of the game.

Path of Kami: The Evolution of the Lore

Updated the chest in the maze, adding sound, particles and better animation. But what's in the chest?

Sometimes the suction cup get sticky. Small animation I made in Blender after doing my tutorial on picking up/dropping objects in animations. Crate model by jQueary (https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/game-ready-sci-fi-crate-d98deca6…).

Ibuki Mioda!

A house I've built a while ago. :)

It nicely separates the snowy biome from the grassy one.

It's built with painted Ebonstone.

Spaaaace~

These are background sprites I've created for a game I'm working on at school ^w^ Click on the post to see how the sprites connect. You won't regret it! (personally, I think it's pretty heheh)

Drawn in Piskel using my mouse. Whaddya think?

I worked so hard to get all four of them to the end safely, but then...

Made my first ever animation.
