Alien Wario got quite the glow up lol. Now he looks more mutated and grotesque than how he did in the facility. The again, it takes years for the virus to mutate its host to ghastly lengths.

Yeah this game is still being worked on despite the fact its taking some time (more time) to actually finish a mod of a not so big game.

Any of y'all know where to find this mod? Tryna modernize it for modern versions of Minecraft and to keep it preserved. As well as add in a few more mobs to it and fix some issues present in the mod.
