Froggit - "Sticky Gloves"

When human takes damage from a Froggit attack, they slow down by 15% for 3 seconds

Whimsun - "Healing Stone"

Heals 1 hp every 10 seconds

Moldsmal - "Magnification"

Moldsmal's attacks cost 30% less energy

Loox - "Glasses"

Loox's 1 attack now bounces off walls 1X more

Vegetoid - "Fertilizer"

Vegetoid heals 1 hp when an enemy takes damage

Napstablook - "Sadness"

Napstablook's attacks increased in size by 10%

Toriel - "Amulet of Fire"

Sets the enemy on fire when dealing damage.

Fire inflicts 1 damage every 2 seconds and lasts 4 seconds.

The fire debuff disappears when a person uses a healing item
