CubeGame.exe 2 Devlog 1 - July
I'm going of what I have from the demo
So far in this game I have done these things:
Main Gameplay - 20%
Cutscenes - 13.2%
Achievements - 0%
Mazes Gamemode - 0%
Random Features For No Reason - 0% :(
Settings Menu - 0%
Music/Sound Effects - 0%
I want to get the main stuff done before moving on to everything else. Even that will take a bit with the ideas I have for the story. The mazes gamemode is definitely gonna be set after the main story. Some achievements will be completing worlds and the mazes levels. There will also be different achievements for the different endings. This will take a while to implement since I will have to use player pref to make sure you can't get them again. I like making random things which might make for cool easter eggs. I will be definitely be adding music and sound effects too.

CubeGame.exe 2 Devlog 2 - July
I'm going to be doing these every 2 days or when I can
This is what i've got now:

Music/Sound Effects - 0%
These two days I pratically did nothing. This is because I smashed out to get the demo done and wanted to take it a bit slower. I tried to make an achievement system but it didn't work so i'll do that later on when the more main stuff is done. I just got world 2's cutscenes done these 2 days.

I did pratically little these 3 days

I'm taking developement a little slower because i'm taking a bit of breaks. These next 2 days will probably be the same since I am still tired from releasing the demo but I will be releasing the first trailer soon.

CubeGame.exe 2 Devlog 4 - July
I'm not bothering with percentages this time
I finsh World 2 but still need to script the level selection. I made a trailer but I don't have a Youtube or Vimeo account and can't get one so to take out my rage I made a new thumbnail for the game. Probably will happen more often. Next I will probably finsh World 3 and maybe 4 or possibly 5 as well.

CubeGame.exe 2 Devlog 5 - July
Okay, i'm not going in to percentages since they seem pointless. I'll explain what I have done these 2 days.
I first have been playing around with player prefrences to make certain things happen once or to save level data and play the levels in order from 1 to 25. I also used player prefrences to make achievements only happen once.
Speaking of achievements I have started actually working with achievements and have gotten 3 done so far and wrote many more to work on when the time comes.
Next I have did a bit more writing of the story of this game and have basically created a story for the game which I didn't have in the first. What I mean by that is I have added lore and little subtle hints to the true ending. I also thought and documented a true ending for the game.
What's next:
Next i'm going to finsh all the worlds and possibly make all the endings but that might take more time. I also will be adding a new thing to cutscenes which I wont tell now but later. If I have time I might also start working on soundtracks for the game. Obviously I wont get all this done in 2 days but will try to do the levels and worlds.

CubeGame.exe 2 Devlog 6 - July
Here we go, got a bit to cover this time:
First, I finshed all of the worlds levels and cutscenes which allowed me to work on more things withn the game
Second, I did some more achievement work and link most achievements up but still got to link one more for the main game
Third, I finshed the endings. All four of them.
Now, what am I doing next:
-Music
-Mazes Gamemode
-More settings
-More achievements
I will get less work done from now on since more important things are starting tomorow. Will try my best though. Will report in 2 days.
CubeGame.exe 2 Devlog 7 - July
Let's do this:
I made a soundtrack for the main game and main menu stuff which means I need to work on mazes and get some testing done then the game will be done for release.
When is an estimated release date?
Sometime by the end of August or near the middle since I also want to make this game avalible for multiple types of computer too. Mac, Linux and Windows (Which CubeGame.exe Did Not Have).
Why did this devlog take 4 days?
I was working on more important things in my life such as school. This will set back developement a bit since I will have less time to work on the game but I will try to get the game out by the end of next month.

CubeGame.exe 2 Devlog 8 - August
I did this more early than I expected but this is going to make a significant change to the game:
I'm changing the mazes gamemode to original since I have no clue what to do or how to present the gamemode.
What is the original gamemode going to be?
It's going to have CubeGame.exe 1 gameplay style which is no slo-motion.
How long might this take?
This might take a while since I have to make a new movement script for the player since I can't use the one I use in the main gameplay aspect.
I also rewrote the description to something new and more exciting and engaging.
What's next:
-"Original" Gamemode
-Maybe More Music???

CubeGame.exe 2 Devlog 9 - August
Okay, I did some little things since school was happening.
I made a little update text on the main menu which if you pay close attention you will understand what it does and represents (When the game is released). Warning, it is not updates.
I also made a script which loads the levels selection for the original gamemode.
I also added a true reset option.
That's it. I will do lots more now since I have time.
Will update later.
CubeGame.exe 2 Devlog 10 - August
10th Devlog, yay!
I made a new OST for the "Original" Gamemode which sound good. I also did rescripting for the gamemode and made a new cutscene which will be the base for all the cutscenes.
I also did other little things which were essential but that's not Devlog important.
Also I am making Mazes into a seperate game (I don't know if I said that yet) which will have lore and give me a chance to make a 2d game in Unity.

CubeGame.exe 2 Devlog 11 - August
I haven't really done much but I did do one thing that does change the game:
I changed the main menu and the pause menu up and also added an animation playing in the back of the main menu scene.
Next is finshing the "Original" gamemode and more credits.

Ok
I had to fix a issue with the original gamemode level selection screen but now that is fixed i'm working on levels again.

Ok
I have made the main story based stuff and the ending for the "Original" gamemode and now have to work on levels.
I have also finished the soundtrack for the game which will have a track dropping Wednesday 4:00pm Aust Time. (Developer log: Never happened)
I want the game to be done by the end of the month but it might end up coming early next month.
