Noelle's almost finished!! yay!!

things left to do:

- change portrait

- make a proper introduction anim,

- add snowgrave (may or may not release without it )

more progress!!!

now, Snowgrave will take a whiiiiile between fixing its current issues, making it WORK aand polishing it up, so i might release Noelle without it and add it later idk

this char has been... complicated so far to make, but it's fun soo

also, a cool change for Rudinn

might be the only non-undertale/non-deltarune char idk (wip ofc)
