Player’s can now upgrade there buildings!
So you own a planet, have a few resource buildings, and what happens? A nasty player comes lands on your planet, destroys your building and what then?!
well now you can upgrade your buildings Hit-points, and Attack-points! That’s right, destroy those pesky tanks trying to destroy your buildings! Buildings now Attacks back! -Enjoy

—Game Updates—
selecting a building on your planet now shows the build upgrade menu.
Added upgrade attack button
Added upgrade hit-points button
Added Recycle building button
Added R,G,W prices for building upgrades for the build menu.
Upgrade Attack and Hit-points are now -100 of each resources.
Upgrade Attack now upgrades the attack of a building.
Upgrade Hit-points now upgrades the Hit-points of a building.
Recycle Building now works, cost is +500 of each resource. (use this if your hurting for resources!)
