The game is going great. Cool mechanics, fun jokes, cool story, but there's gaps in the fabric. I have some rewriting to do, and a lot of bugs to fix, and to summarize, I don't really have much free time.
I'm currently learning new ways to make games. And I'm investing into original stories and characters outside of fangames. I would love to finish this game, and occasionally I do work on it, but I'm currently working on other things that will further my skillset, and hopefully earn me money one day.
FFTS is more like a side hobby now. I intend to finish it, but it's not number 1 on my to-do list. Maybe when my classes get a break, or I have a free day, I'll spend some more time on it. If I had to estimate a release date... 2025? The game doesn't have much left to finish, but I don't get much motivation from it anymore.
That being said I owe it to you guys to FINISH this. So I'll start working on it more often then I do now. I'll maybe touch it twice or three times a week instead of once. And I'll fix those bugs!
But then again if I do disappear in a month or two after this post, it's probably because I'm busy with classes or with other indie projects. So in the future if I'm MIA, then that is likely why.
Thanks for not giving up on the game.
