Alright, I was supposed to post instructions about 2 days ago or so. But I've gotten around to posting them now.

Btw, there's still plenty of member slots open so check out this post if you want to join: https://gamejolt.com/p/i-m-officially-announcing-a-world-building-project-a-few-friends-an-8ypzizuf

Instructions for all nations:

Upon your nations being officially placed on the map, you must create a GJ community for your nation. This also applies to any alliances that may be formed. This is to make it easier for nations to communicate with each other.

Every once in awhile I will announce a stream yard call in the official Luminis community, these will be used to influence communication amongst project participants and to also host events. It isn't mandatory but it is still recommended.

When it comes to declaring war you must first make a post stating your reasons (it can be any) for declaring war and what you'll use to commence it. You can really use anything that both parties have access to, preferably some kind of strategy game. (examples: chess, checkers, hoi etc.)

When it comes to forming an alliance you must have at least 2 nations come together before creating the group. Each nation may only be in ONE alliance, though you are still able to form strong mutual corporations with nations outside of your alliance, these nations you can refer to as "supporters" to distinguish them from your allies.

You may post and give nation updates and give nation updates at any time. You may declare war at any time and you may interact with nations at anytime. There is no cooldown periods. The only cooldown periods apply to revolts, for example. If your nation gets invaded and conquered you must wait 24 hours (irl) before declaring a rebellion. Rebellions can be declared once per member. Let me emphasize. If you get conquered and annexed by a specific nation, say Thelenia for example, after 24 hours you can declare a rebellion but if that rebellion fails you stay annexed and cannot rebel unless another nation conquers Thelenia. If you successfully repel Thelenia and gain independence again and get conquer again by a different nation, Cerua for example, you can still declare a rebellion after 24 hours. In other terms, you have one rebellion opportunity per time your nation gets invaded.

The final rule is to treat everyone with human dignity. "Rp beef" doesn't equate to personal beef.
