alright its time for the next part of my pokemon fan game idea series, today I'm going over gym leader number 9

mange has a grappoloct with the item called the sliding cups (also known as the un-suction cups) this boosts the users speed and evasion by 2 stages but lowers their accuracy by one stage

mange was bullied in school because of her physical disabilities, one day while being picked on a riolu came and defended her from attack, from that point forward she and the riolu became great friends (which led to the riolu evolving into lucario) and from then on to help keep her safe she trained her fighting pokemon to deter any sort of attack, which is why her team has a focus on dealing with fighting's greatest weakness, (lucario for faries,scrafty for psychics, and infernape with thunder punch for flying)
