For more information on the nuzlocke, depending of the level of the pokemon you currently have, that will determine what moves it has learned. For example lets say your pokemon is randomized into a Charizard, but its only at level 10, that would mean it could only learn moves from level 1-10.

What makes this run completely awful is the fact that if one of my pokemon faints during the nuzlocke, I lose them forever, and if I lose all my pokemon I lose the run completely.

Now since I got my torchic randomized into a spoink, I can only use the moves that it knows from level 5.....and the only move it learns at that level is splash...the attack that does nothing. All that I can do in this battle is prepare for the sweet embrace of death. Well played pokemon, well played.
