Ok apparently this happens if you search an accessory by id in cac and the id happens to be shared both by a tshirt and a dynamic head

If you use slateskin at exactly one health and then get entangled AND close range mass infection'd, the timer will increase but you wont die. You can do this multiple times and therefore make a round last an INDEFINITE amount of time
