so Roll (first of all she finally gets to appear more now woohoo) is trying to get Megaman to come back and not abandon everyone and everything like he decided to do at the end of the Act I song The Sons of Fate after he killed Protoman for good and realized that Protoman's point of view and everything he said to Megaman basically was right

Megaman went to the farthest edge of The City to wander alone, not caring for the calls and cries of the people that were getting killed from where he just had left – they were being punished for rebelling to Wily, because they wanted to see Megaman fight, they wanted to see Megaman 'win', on his own, they didn't want to help. which is what got protoman killed. they just stood and watched instead of taking any action or supporting. so megaman left, and the people in the watching crowd died.

Roll doesn't want that to be it. she's part of The Resistance, and she believes that there still has to be a way, she knows that there still IS a way. so she goes out to find and put sense back into Megaman.
