In short:

A missing second half part (a cupcake and even a casing of the right hand)
of a damaged dinosaur animatronic (this is also my take version).

Overall, it's a Skin for Alter Withered Toy Yoshi in:
Five Nights at Sonic's: Mega Merge Max Mix and only appears here exclusively.

In this case, the Skin is available even in Fierce Forces.
But with a changed look (and name), as compatibility with the next version.
It not only represents the Classic Era, but also the Modern Era.

The Classic version Alter Withered Toy Yoshi of Mega Merge Max Mix, changes
into the Modern version of Fierce Forces: Withered Mechano Toy Yoshi.
