What EXACTLY a memoryhead is.

As we all know, Memoryhead is one of the most mysterious amalgamates we encounter in the True Laboratory. It doesn't seem to be made of any known monsters, but from what we can do to interact with it, we can find out more about what exactly this thing is.

So you begin the fight. The name is unknown to you or Chara (Narrator Chara), and the glitchy speech makes it even more mysterious. But if you choose ITEM, the flavor text says: The enemy put a piece of itself in your inventory. And if you check your inventory in the next turn, you'll see a bad memory in it, which reduces 1 HP. What we can get from this is that a Memoryhead is an amalgamation of monsters' bad memories. But, we're not done yet. We still don't know where these guys came from. It's very possible that Alphys didn't even create them herself. One of the flavor text lines say: Smells like batteries. And if you combine this with the glitchy text in the beginning along with the fact that you need to use your CELL command to hear the voices, we can see that this entity was computerized to exist. Those freak bullets do look like a certain man behind a door. So it seems as if these Memoryheads were computerized amalgamations of memories created not by Alphys, but by W. D. Gaster.
