Rocket Launcher is an idiotic chaos agent from the USA with an incomprehensible amount of ammo
He is very reckless and often(if not always) undermines his injuries during challenges.
Not only is he able to shoot a seemingly infinite amount of rockets when he wants but he's also able to 'Rocket-Jump' by simply shooting his rockets at his feet. It's a wonder how they haven't been blown off yet.
He has a strange habit of putting a lot of emphasis on certain WORDS, no matter their importance!

Well, since I really liked making that Pickle humanization (and since I wanted to make that a dual post but I was unhappy with how his design before this one turned out) I decided to humanize Knife too!
