Skizzy is a man-made bio-weapon, code named the "Super Killing Intelligence". She had been created by monsters in an attempt to create something that could destroy humans, and their technology.
Her body is made almost entirely from a blood-like substance, allowing her to liquefy and seep into cracks. It can also solidify to varying degrees, making her extremely strong and durable. However, she feels most comfortable in her human form, and goes into that form when unconscious.
The DNA that was used as a base came from the two people who'd act as her parents, Vanderance Vamgon as her father, a vampire, and soon to be head of Vamgon family which has immense power in the monster society. Serpia Savile Vamgon as her mother, a gorgon from the Savile family, known for being very kind to humans.
Despite being against the project, Vanderance and his wife Serpia volunteered to be the parents of the SKI, in the hopes they'd be able to sabotage it in some way.
After many failed attempts, the Super Killing Intelligence Zeta was finally showing promise in it's embryonic development. It was then Vanderance and Serpia decided to infect the embryo with a gene-altering virus, modifying how the SKI-Z's brain would develop, in the hopes it'd stop her from just being a mindless killing machine.
Two months later, the SKI-Z, Skizzy Savile Vamgon, was born.
This drawing is of her as a teenager, 16 to be exact.
A side effect of her parents genetic sabotage was that her mind wasn't strong enough to develop beyond that age, stopping her from becoming a true monster.
I imagine her personality as being tomboy-ish, enjoying pushing people just barely before their breaking point. She enjoys teasing her friends, but is perfectly willing to break the bones of anyone who tries hurting them.
Because of how strong she is, she finds it fun to toy with people. She'll typically attempt to put on a show whenever possible, intentionally missing in ways that seem accidental, just to keep the fight going on for longer.
