An Update


After a long time of not working on Greedy Gus, I revisited it now.

I’ve uploaded version 0.3.1, but more than anything this is just a behind the scenes update. Nothing has changed (well, nothing is supposed to have changed) as far as gameplay is concerned.

I should be the same game as before, as far as the casual player is concerned, but a lot of things have changed internally. I updated everything to work with a newer version of HaxeFlixel, the engine I used. In doing so, I also noticed that my coding style has changed in a few ways since I last worked on this game…something to clean up down the road I suppose.

Anyway, enjoy, and let me know if there are any bugs in the new update.

Oh, there’s fullscreen support now. Press F5 in the flash version and Enter in the desktop version to toggle fullscreen!

We made a lot of improvements on the Freezing Plains visual. Things like pine trees, tiny bushes, some rocks, and others game props!

Some time ago, we posted a screenshot of the Mexico level. A curiosity about it is that, like some other scenarios of the game, it was inspired by a real landscape, The Basaltic Prisms of Santa María Regla. It is one of the natural wonders of the country!
