As for the current state of this project: No. It isn’t over. In no way will this project be cancelled, and that’s a guarantee.
We’re still searching for a sprite artist who doesn’t charge commission. Once we find said artist, we’ll be hot on the trail to finishing the game’s prologue.
If you know a sprite artist who wouldn’t charge commission for this project, or are one, we ask you to join our Discord server and send a message over to me.
Do note each character will have about 15-30 sprites. However, the artist will only have to do the line art for the sprites.
