So It's been like four or five years since I've started this project and it's been in development hell ever since, but up until now... I'm still trying and hopefully this time... it's fr cause the new battle engine is basically done, so I will now be shifting my focus on this game again cause I've gotten some cool new ideas and plans that has given me new hope and motivation to work on this again full time!
This game has been dead for years so to compensate for it we are planning on releasing an alpha build of chapter 1 cause most of the assets and writing still aren't done yet (because of the development hell thing) that's why we're giving you guys a free taste of what the 1st chapter will have in store just with the assets from the original game lol.
While there's nothing much to show yet I can show some of the unfinished builds of the game which are very outdated in terms of code and writing.
Old Main Menu
There's actually two versions of the menu which are of course unfinished. This one still has the old name of the game (and yes I'm used bandicam record all of this).

This is the second one that I was more proud of (the background's only temporary btw)

We're planning on reusing them both by combining them and of course with better visuals and coding
But they'll only be used for the alpha build and a secret game that is connected to it.
Toriel Fight
The old cutscene for the Toriel fight made by my friend @LDRU

The cutscene will be remade in a actual overworld engine, cause this is just a static cutscene you can't freely move your character that's why it's being remade and of course the dialogue as well, Toriel is literally telling you to go back upstairs and then she just starts a battle?
Here's one of the attacks and the ONLY attack that I made because I can't think of any more:

This will most likely be reused for the alpha build but will be scrapped for the actual release (btw don't mind the lv being 19 it was still a wip).
Papyrus Fight
Same as for the Toriel cutscene, this will also be reused for the actual release of the game with a few modifications.


The intro attack will be remade to fit papyrus more with only some curtain aspects of the attack will be changed (also Sans is just there as a place holder).
Sans Fight 1st Encounter
The 1st Encounter takes place after the Papyrus fight ends, the is going to be more of a chill fight rather than it having hard or fast paced attacks.
BG snow effect is made by @ElMasterTrolaster

The fight was suppose takes place in the area of snowdin town where you fight the bone himself (Papyrus obviously) from the original game, but instead it's Sans! Wooooow!
But, since the Papyrus encounter will be much more earlier on in the game, the Sans fight will also take place there as well.

That's all there is to see in the old build, there's actually more but I think they're not really worth mentioning.

All the battles are made with MCatR's Modified engine that I made.
