Long ago, Loomi Neus guarded the Broadcast World until a fateful day, when she encountered a strange man.
She is no longer considered a Darkner despite being one, but rather, as a natural disaster that causes destruction by glitching the world around herself.
The Broadcast World's leader built a robot, the one now known as the TV Host Mike, to contain her, but if he were turned off, she would escape and wreak havoc again.
Loomi Neus appears as a friendly Darkner at first sight, but her true form is a mass-less combination of digital glitches and static forming a permanent smile and holding nothing but a mere puppet she uses to camouflage herself.
