This enemy is static and doesn’t shoot. However, it blocks pathway requiring Skull to kill this zombie ;)

I rarely play 4x games but I do play SRPGs such as Fire Emblem series and these series : Devil Survivor. The latter combines strategy and demon control mechanic.

I believe hacks are mods also. My favorite hacks are FE 8 hacks which brings new stuffs, new stories and new maps.
