Another fabric pattern preview with variations. Getting pretty close to my first 100 surface pattern designs on Spoonflower. I'm pretty slow in general, but trying my best to be steady!

Hope you're all doing well today.

Have a lovely weekend!

Gou and Saba find themselves in a vast rocky desert. Saba is feeling a bit homesick.

#GJAsks: What game are you currently playing?

... I'm so busy all the time, I have to force myself to play anything, it's kind of bad. LOL

Still slowly making my way through Gravity Circuit, though. This is a clip from about a week ago.

y'all.

New illustration for a friend.

Originally, I was going to make it a blue forest, but tried a warm yellow glow just to see what would happen, and fell in love with it, sooo... Maybe a blue forest will happen another time.

Oh yeah, I haven't said anything about my new bumblecat avatar frame, so um... Y'all, I made a bumblecat frame (in Krita).

Also, unrelated, but yay, I mastered @LeigerGaming 's stickers today!

WIP! Trying something new for wallpaper patterns. Spoonflower has mirrored and half-brick tiling modes, but I haven't used either of them yet. This one will look kind of like the ⌘ symbol once it's mirrored, but I'll be making other variations, as well.

For any future Spoonflower surface pattern designers, don't bother with mirrored and half-brick repeat. There's no benefit since both require full-scale patterns to be downsized to 30 cm—might as well mirror/half-brick patterns in your art app first.

Quick process video of the little gift I made for Pokketa over on Bluesky a while ago, featuring their very fun OC, Space Cat.

Some behind-the-scenes gifs showing how I made the Vector Navigation avatar frame in Blender.

The only moving objects were the camera and spaceship.

Wireframe modifier on most meshes, and just 2 simple emission shaders (not shown here).
