The Punisher is a mirror possessed by the vengeful spirit of a girl who was bullied to death [suicide, wrists slit] in 1993. Her spirit took control of the mirror in her room, and proceeded to brutally murder every one of her bullies.
It is an extremely vengeful and angry entity, traveling around the world and murdering any bullies it comes across.
