Fixed the map screen showing worlds 6, 7 and 8 as 1-1, 1-2, etc.
Made the enemy hitboxes invisible in the final boss fight
Fixed the controller code hint being wrong in the full credits crawl

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.
In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
