Rick Silver was finally getting his life in order. He had two kids, a good job, and a loving wife. Then the higher being "Sumbudy" came into his universe after most of Sumbudy's powers were taken by "The Creator," (a being that created all of existence but has no power over it), Sumbudy felt rage for the first time. In that rage he destroyed an entire city block with the wave of his hand, evaporating anything in the way and erasing it all from existence. Rick's house, wife and kids were all evaporated, and even his office building. He was utterly broken and about to end his life until Sumbudy found the mortal on the street, and told Rick that The Creator was the one who ruined his life and that he should join Sumbudy to stop it. Sumbudy lied to Rick not out of maliciousness or hate, but he simply is unable to care for any mortals and saw that he could use and manipulate Rick to his advantage. Sumbudy told Rick all about higher beings and how exitance truly is. Rick believed Sumbudy and joined him and Sum1 (who also had most of his powers taken away) on a path to kill The Creator, as Rick, fueled by revenge, thought that since his life is practically gone this would be his purpose now. He travelled across universes with Sumbudy and Sum1, and has became much more powerful, losing his left arm and replacing it with an omnitech one, and even fighting against higher beings as a mortal and beating them. He later fought the reawakened Sumthing with Sumbudy and Sum1, where Sumthing easily overpowered all of them and erased Sum1 from existence. Sumbudy and Rick than destroyed Sumthing after a hard battle, and also killed "Mortal," the mortal that reawakened Sumthing in the first place. Much, much later, Rick learns that Sumbudy lied to him, and he learns that Sumbudy doesn't care for him at all, and was just manipulating him. so he and Sumbudy got into a massive omniverse level fight that neither of them win, and Rick leaves to face other higher beings, no longer caring about The Creator.
Yeah and thats just all of the very rough and very bad w.i.p. story I have for Rick in this "SumbudyVerse" thing I got going on.
