Camodo Gaming has just published a video showing off a beta of the upcoming 1.12 update, aka the "Heat and Fire Update":
This preview - as cool as it may look - is still several miles away from the definitive 1.12! We've got in store quite a few physics interactions between the Floating Sandbox universe and the new Heat and Fire subsystem, the possibilities are going to be endless...!
