Hello Friends!

I’m happy to announce that I’ve managed to update the game with some cool features. Here’s what’s new:

Added a game menu: there’s an option to start the game, to get some help and to see the credits. The graphics there are placeholders now, I’ll change it soon.
Added a not too intensive background music
Started trail system: now every prey leaves a trail behind him, so now it’s easier to find them and hunt them down.
Added visual and audio indicators when your spear breaks
Different movement costs: sand is harder to walk on so movement speed is reduced on it(both for hunter and prey).
Some bug fixes

Now, on to what you can expect next week(among other things):

Make the island 4x larger
Transition tiles between different terrain so that a transition from sand to dirt looks a bit better

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)

Back in my art school days I used to ride the 710 COPSA line from Parque Del Plata to Montevideo almost everyday. This is the Marcopolo Viaggio G4 Mercedes Benz model from the late 80s, one of the older bus models that was running on the line.
