Answering Some Questions About the Unity Port


I keep getting asked these questions so I figured I'd answer them in a devlog.

Q: Since the game is being made in Unity now, will it be free-roam?

A: No.

Q: What will this change about the gameplay?

A: Absolutely nothing. It will still be the same game we've been making. Only changes will be the engine and programming language.

Q: Why the engine change?

A: This game was originally being made in GameMaker Studio 1, which is very outdated and not even available for sale anymore, so we decided it would be in our favor to port the game over to Unity.
