Hola a todos, espero que estén bien. Dicho esto, voy directo al grano, me he hecho unos exámenes de salud y al parecer me diagnosticaron ansiedad y, en definitiva, eso se debe mi inactividad ya que, he tenido que tomar descansos para tranquilizarme constantemente. Así que ya saben que si últimamente no he publicado mucho es porque estaré tomando descansos. De igual forma, intentaré mantener mi cuenta llena de contenido :)

I've had some health tests done and apparently I was diagnosed with anxiety and, in short, that's due to my inactivity since I've had to take breaks to calm down constantly.
