There are 2 versions of the character: with white and red eyes. I had red lenses as the white ones hadn't arrived yet.

I got snowed on as I was walking to the event venue (it was 2015)!🌨️😠 So the hair lost its volume I had been carefully creating with litres of hairspray and tons of magic spells a.k.a curse words.

My friend Akane (https://www.instagram.com/akanemaraich) made the top and skirt, and I added the details.

🔥The "burnt" effect on the skirt layers was made by really burning them with a lighter to create the edge shape. The "ashes"... guess what I made those with, it wasn't paint!

Liquid lipstick. Gray liquid lipstick I rubbed in/smudged with my fingers!💄

🎀 It's not too visible in the pic, but the tiny dots on the bows were hand-painted with acrylic color. I tea-stained some chiffon fabric and rubbed it with sandpaper for that old/distressed look.

And what the bows are on is a faux leather harness. A strip with burnt sides to create that look, and holes poked with a heated knitting needle! 🧶 Probably the most dangerous part of the process!

👕The sleeves were the part driving me crazy the night before the event. Each of those stripes was hand-stitched to the mesh sleeves I made separately.
