Anyone else find this annoying? (BADTR Console Port)

I recently bought Bendy and the Dark Revival on my PS5, and I was really annoyed to see the game was capped at 30 fps at 1080p. This may be the fact it only had PS4/Xbox one (basically last generation) Optimisation. But the PS5 and Xbox series consoles released in 2020, and The game released in 2022? This doesn’t make any sense, + it’s really annoying.
