I've seen thousand of people on a lot of platforms hate on Hatless Ralsei because he doesn't look the same as his counterpart,which is a bit stupid.
He wears his hat as a disguise,obviously he won't look the same,if he did it would kind of ruin the whole "Ralsei is a Boss Monster" reveal.
