Verdict:

-AP/Durability:Bear (low-mid diff)

-Speed:Pursuer (mid diff)

-IQ/Skill:Pursuer (low diff)

-Abilities:Bear (no diff)

-Wincons:Bear (mid-high diff)

-Overall:Bear (mid diff)

Bear has far better AP and has a LOT more abilities that Pursuer has no counters for. Pursuer's cloak wouldn't do much since Bear has x=ray vision. Pursuer can't fight off Bear's zombies and will get slowed down by gloop. Bear could also dodge attacks easily with portal and has almost all of Pursuer's abilities.
