The reason he’s a protogen because of literally anything else is because about half of the ink making up his form was destroyed in a scuffle, and he only has enough left to make up a head, torso, tail and upper arms.
So the other members of a rebellion he’s a major player in made his lower arms and legs from nanotech (mcu jumpscare).
