Apple crisp with oat + vanilla cream

It has always been my favorite, and it's very simple to make too

I put a little too much sugar on it for my taste

...and I ate a little too much xd


Translation of the recipe I used because I'm bored waiting for the apple crisp to bake in the oven :P

-

250 grams of butter

700 grams of apples

2 tbsp vanilla sugar

3 tsp cinnamon

2½ dl brown sugar

8 dl Oatmeal

You can grease the baking dish if you want, it will help taking the dessert out of the dish once it's baked

Cut the apples into small cubes, put them on a baking dish (or a pie pan who cares)

sprinkle the vanilla sugar and cinnamon on the apples

Mix well

-

Melt the butter in microwave or on stove, add brown sugar and the oatmeal to it

Mix well

-

Add the oatmeal-butter-brownsugar mix on top of the apples

-

bake in an oven in 200°C for 25-30min
