Hi everyone. We're back with some small news about how Shades of Justice is doing.

New team member

First, HendrixThunderous is joining the dev team as a writer! To anyone who's played the mod, it's no surprise that there were some writing flaws and misspellings. After all, I'm not even a native English speaker! So, Hendrix is gonna help me with that as well as writing new scenarios when needed. They've been tremendous help, so I hope you guys are looking forward to what he and I are cooking up...

Mod Progress

We've been working on the Feisty Four challenges, and it's been going great. We're about halfway done with them, but all of them are thought of and planned. In the meantime, we've been going back and refining some parts of the Dalv and Martlet follower sections as well. We can't show much for either, but things are looking good! Which leads me to the next section...

Sprite Animator Wanted

We're in need of another Sprite Animator for the mod! More specifically, you'd be in charge of making new animations that'd be in the overworld only. If you've seen the Harmonica animation with both Martlet and Flowey, it'd be of similar or even lower caliber. If you're interested, DM me some examples of your work to my Twitter or Bluesky.  And just as a warning to whoever applies... Hope you're comfortable with animating Martlet...

Final thoughts

As a final note, I just wanted to share this silly animation that we made that I'm not sure if it’s going to be included in the next update.

Anyways, that’s it! Things are going well. We still don’t have a planned release date so we can’t promise anything. Though I really hope that the update will be out before the year’s over. See you next time!
