Lore (kinda/wip):

He's a glitched CoC account that attackes villages randomly, he uses only a single barbarian in his attacks, but is somehow able to get 3 stars all the time.

If you try to watch a replay of the attack, the game will crash after the barbarian is placed.

But when he fails to destroy a village 100%, he'll raid that village over and over again to the point where the owner of said village just quits the game entirely.
