Art Weeklies | v2 Update

Art Weeklies:RE (Day 3): Launch!

The RE stands for REleased!

And with that, the v2 Update for Art Weeklies is now live! The new weeklies with the new format should be releasing soon-ish, I hope you all have fun with them!

Here is a summary of all the changes, in a patch notes format!

  • Replaced the current system of Scenes, Fanarts and Random themes with Dynamic Themes.

  • Dynamic themes can be about anything, it isn't restricted by a specific category like the past system.

  • Now there can be between 2 and 4 themes each week. (But the usual will still be 3.)

  • Now there can be repeated themes, but it shouldn't be noticeable due to the changes in the themes system.

  • Added Weekly Spotlight to the channel list.

  • This channel will feature one of the best submissions of the Weeklies. Updated every friday, along with the theme reveal.

  • Wiksy took some time off, so a new character, Y-Moton will take their place!

  • Y-Moton will be featured in the Art Weeklies Community/Profile Icon, along with a few other places.

  • Changed the graphics of ALL the Art Weeklies banners, with brand new pixel designs.

  • The FAQ and Welcome posts will be slightly updated to reflect these new changes.

  • The format at which new weeklies are presented in the main post and article will be changed.
