I hope you're ready.
It was originally going to be implied that in this version of the timeline, instead of Vincent or Alison; Lambert was the phone person in The Return to Freddy's 2. Then how did that fit in the timeline if in the Frankburt's Pizza map intro cutscene she was just hired along with Charles? Was Riley there all along? Or different locations? Retcon???
The rock papers scissors was an attempt to keep the "serious but sometimes unserious" tone of the original LOST VENDETTA. In my opinion, it did nothing but give an excuse as to make the crew go inside. Mel or Tyler could've either told the crew about the rumors of Alison's mistreatment towards employees and investigate—or Dark Pictures style choice where players get to vote if they want to investigate or not.
We gave one of the Takalikens justice and made Jackson a playable character. I just think the choice for the Night 1 being only locked to four player and the fifth option gets unlocked the next night was kind of weird. It rubs me the wrong way but I can't make an example for it.
But back to story, Jackson pretty much is a copy-paste of Charles; Charles went to work at Fazbear Incorporated to carry on his legacy. Jackson wants to do the same thing, but with Charles.
The original final map for LOST VENDETTA was Kanashimi Valley. Unfortunately, wasn't interesting to me. Still, The Road That Falls connection still remained.
Now talking about the relevant fact, the armbands/bracelets was a nice touch. Kind of environmental storytelling?
... just read for yourself.
